High rigidity for heavy-duty cutting:

Features an integral box-type HT300 bed, 550 mm wide guideways, and hardened, precision-ground guideways. The large-diameter spindle with heavy-duty three-point bearing support enables both heavy cutting and fine machining.

Stable accuracy and long-term precision retention:

The X and Z axes use precision-ground ball screws. Each machine is dynamically tested and compensated using a RENISHAW laser system before delivery. Spindle runout is 0.010 mm, machining accuracy reaches IT6–IT7, and surface roughness can achieve Ra 1.6 μm.

Powerful spindle drive:

Equipped with an 11 kW servo spindle motor. Four-step mechanical speed changing, stepless speed control within each range, and constant surface speed cutting are supported. The 100 mm spindle bore is suitable for larger bar stock and heavy workpieces.

High operating efficiency:

The electric tool turret provides fast and convenient tool changes. Programming and operation are simple, reducing dependence on highly skilled operators. Rapid traverse speed reaches up to 6 m/min.

Automatic lubrication and easy maintenance:

The headstock uses forced circulation lubrication, while guideways and ball screws use centralized automatic lubrication, helping reduce heat, wear, and maintenance requirements.

Strong CNC and automation capability:

Available with GSK, FANUC, or Siemens 828D CNC systems. Depending on the selected system, it supports network communication, remote monitoring, and integration with gantry loaders and robotic systems.

Model Selection Guide

When to choose CK6142

Choose CK6142 if your main workpieces are medium or small-diameter shafts, sleeves, and disc parts, and the φ58mm spindle bore meets your bar passing requirements. It is also a practical choice when machine footprint and budget need to be controlled.

When to choose CK6152

Choose CK6152 if you need a larger swing over bed, larger swing over the tool post, or a φ80mm spindle bore for larger bars and workpieces. It is better suited to customers machining larger-diameter parts.

How to select distance between centers

Select the distance between centers according to the maximum workpiece length, clamping method, center support requirement, and tool clearance. If the workpiece length is close to the machine limit, reserve additional allowance and confirm whether steady rest, follow rest, or a special tailstock is required.

How to select configuration

For small-batch and general-purpose machining, the standard configuration covers most applications. For higher clamping efficiency, consider hydraulic chuck, foot pedal switch, and chip conveyor. For long shafts or slender shafts, confirm steady rest, follow rest, and tailstock configuration carefully.

Inquiry Checklist

To recommend the right model and configuration, customers are advised to provide:

  • Maximum workpiece diameter, length, and weight.
  • Workpiece material, such as steel, cast iron, or non-ferrous metal.
  • Whether bar stock needs to pass through the spindle bore.
  • Main machining operations, such as OD turning, ID turning, threading, grooving, or facing.
  • Production type, such as single-piece, small-batch, multi-variety, or continuous batch production.
  • Preferences for CNC system, chuck, tool post, tailstock, guarding, and chip removal.
